Joe founded Curated Flooring after more than a decade leading and managing a very successful flooring company. During that time, he worked closely with thousands of homeowners and saw a consistent pattern: buying flooring felt overwhelming, confusing, and unnecessarily complicated. Endless showroom aisles, too many options, unclear guidance… the process often created stress instead of excitement.
Curated Flooring was built as the solution.
Drawing on years of operational leadership and deep product expertise, Joe reimagined the experience around clarity, intention, and design guidance. Instead of overwhelming clients with hundreds of samples, he carefully narrows selections based on architecture, lighting, lifestyle, and long-term performance.
